When life isn't treating you well- whether it be a result of trauma, substance abuse, mental health conditions, interpersonal relationships, or countless other factors- it takes boundless courage to reach out for help.  I've been there, and I know it can feel daunting- finding therapists who are accepting new clients, sorting through credentials, initiating first conversations, finding someone who is a good fit for your individual needs, and then unpacking your struggles, traumas, and inner most thoughts, with someone you just met.

But what if finding someone to care for your heart and foster your own unique authenticity didn't have to be so burdensome?

My name is Amy, my pronouns are she/her, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado, serving individuals age 18 and up.  I've been practicing therapy since 2016, and it's my honor to walk alongside individuals of all backgrounds through the process of resolving trauma and emerging their best selves. My practice is currently exclusively tele-health, so my services are available to Colorado residents state-wide.  I have a particular knack for helping my clients feel warm, comfortable, and cared for, and I take the therapeutic relationship quite seriously.  We'll keep our intake session casual, we'll handle the payment process with simplicity and ease, and it'll be a smooth transition.  It's my goal to work as a partner in healing, and to tag-team the beautiful process of patching up the holes in life.  No matter where you are on the spectrum of ebbing-and-flowing pain and struggle, no matter how deep the wounds may feel, I hold onto unfading hope that you can feel better!  And I hope that I can accompany you on that journey.
